etsy wallet round up

it has brought to my attention that my wallet is 'ghetto.' its not fancy... i bought it at a fundraiser for the hospital! cmon... cut me some slack :p

anyways... now that i am aware of the sheer crappiness that is my wallet, my attention has turned to etsy. lately ive been so drawn to wallets and bags that have a classically tailored shape and have a bit of age to show some type of history or character, if you know what im saying. check out these babies:

the golden birthday... otherwise known as the lucky birthday. this happens when you turn the age of your birth day. today, i am turning 24 on the 24th. if legend holds true and this yr is better than my last... well that is just too damn lucky

tonight my wonderful boyfriend organized a great surprise birthday dinner with a bunch of friends... and my friends being so smooth and full of swag... pulled it off like champs. well since im quite tired... ill just let the pics explain the rest. (oh and its mochi's birthday too)

my friend got a new baby mini rex last week and she named her heeboo... which means owl in french. i requested via facebook (so legit, right?) to be heeboo's auntie so fingers crossed guys!! without further ado:

seriously, kind of obsessed with these cute little owls... YES, i know the owl trend left long ago but i can't help what i like! i saw the cutest pair of owl earrings at this thrift store last year when i went to this pumpkin festival and i so long for them still! :p

what a long week... the summer is totally flying by and im counting down til aug 11! sometimes an evening alone is nice but id be ok if aug 11 came sooner than later. :p

relief!

got my score back today and PHEW, RELIEF!! it feels so good to have a happy ending and close that chapter of my life. now i can look forward and focus on my phd knowing that i dont have to worry about compensating for something that i didn't do well in during the med school portion of my training. aww yea.. put it in the bag son!
