as i was ever so diligently studying... look what i came upon!!
this is from ballard designs... which i totally love (recommend to me by Centsational Girl, shes the BEST! seriously). however, its 125 dollars!? woah.. thankfully with a little inspiration, a beautiful diy project is not far away!ive always loved damask patterns so i made this little number (mine) a few weeks ago (hey ballard designs.. no copying!! jk :p) for a very very (and did i mention VERY) small fraction of 125. and i had tons of fun making it with my friend, j, too! maybe it took us an unnaturally long 6 hours but all 6 of those hours were hilarious!
decorative pillows are so great... once you get the hang of them, the possibilities are endless. change the shape, fabric, edge, etc. and its something totally fresh! with a few bucks and a little spare time... you can easily change the feel of any room with some these fluffy statement items.
heres mine sitting on my very small twin bed... dorm life is so not cool the second time around. grad schools... make note of that please? :D
